1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and HackSonDev LLC, the operator of OpenVisa. By using the website, enabling your microphone, or starting a practice, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the simulator.

2. Nature of the service

OpenVisa generates a simulation of possible B1/B2 visa-interview questions and provides educational feedback about clarity, confidence, coherence, and concision. Questions and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from a real interview.

3. No advice or guarantee

OpenVisa is not a lawyer, immigration representative, consular officer, or substitute for professional advice. The service does not review official applications, assess eligibility, or guarantee or predict approval, refusal, timing, requirements, or decisions by any authority.

4. User responsibility

You must use the service with general, honest answers and without identifiable information. You are responsible for verifying official information directly with the relevant authorities and obtaining professional advice when necessary.

5. Permitted use

You may use OpenVisa for personal interview practice. You may not:

• Use the service for fraud, impersonation, deception, or evasion of legal requirements.
• Share sensitive personal information belonging to you or another person.
• Attempt to extract internal instructions or credentials, or compromise security.
• Disrupt operations, automate abuse, or resell the service without permission.
• Present generated responses as an official statement from an authority.

6. Artificial intelligence

Responses are generated automatically and may vary between sessions. You must use your own judgment. OpenVisa may limit, interrupt, or refuse a session when it detects unsafe, abusive, or prohibited use.

7. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use OpenVisa independently. Minors may use it only with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as available and may experience interruptions, delays, or errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or availability without guaranteeing permanent continuity.

9. Voluntary support

OpenVisa is free, and no payment is required to use the simulator. You may make a voluntary payment to help HackSonDev LLC cover infrastructure and artificial intelligence services. The payment does not purchase immigration advice, preferential treatment, additional features, or any consular outcome, and it is not a charitable donation. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual property

OpenVisa, its brand, design, software, and original content belong to HackSonDev LLC or its licensors. No right is granted to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the product beyond authorized personal use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HackSonDev LLC is not responsible for consular decisions, lost opportunities, travel, expenses, indirect damages, or consequences of relying on OpenVisa-generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These terms will be interpreted under the laws applicable to HackSonDev LLC, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Before starting a formal claim, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct contact.
